Fill out this form if you are: 1) RUSSIAN BORN and/or CITIZEN – ALL Russian Born and/or Citizens (EXCEPT those who are currently US Citizens) are required to fill out this form NO LATER THAN November 20. Additional forms may be required and will be emailed to you for completion. Invitation Letters will be sent after LBNL Site Access has completed the vetting process. This may take up to 4 business weeks. 2) All other Foreign Visitors Needing an Invitation Letter – Letters will be sent within 2-4 business days All Invitation Letters will be send via email only.
