**This form is a declaration for SCA (WA) Sponsorship Packages and/or SCA (WA) Sponsorship Opportunities and must be completed by the Corporate Nominee or Authorised Representative of the organisation**


Sponsorship Packages include Corporate Strata Services Large Membership (Valued at $1,595 inc. GST) for the business and individual membership for an unlimited number of employees.


PRIVACY POLICY: The data provided by your organisation shall remain confidential by SCA (WA) and National Operational staff are not permitted to disclose this information to other parties including Board members or any third party in a manner that would identify an individual firm.

Please note: Platinum and Gold Sponsorship levels are subject to limited availability, exclusivity of market segment and existing sponsors have first right of refusal. SCA (WA) will endeavour to assist with your preferred sponsorship level, however this cannot be guaranteed.

The SCA (WA) 2025 Annual and Owner Conference will be held at The Esplanade, Fremantle on Friday 21 November 2025.

Award Category sponsorship is available to Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors only.


Existing sponsors are provided first right of refusal for their current award category.


Award Category sponsorship is $3,630 each and subject to sponsor package discounts.

The Strata Community Directory is a comprehensive national resources featuring listings of Strata Corporate Manager and Service Supplier members from across the states and chapters of SCA in Australia and New Zealand.


With a refreshed look coming in 2025, this is a fantastic opportunity to amplify your presence within the strata sector.

Your sponsorship includes personal membership for an unlimited number of employees.





A supplier to the Industry must obtain and maintain Professional Indemnity and/or Public Liability and/or Products Liability insurance as prescribed in the Regulations of your Industry and it is based on the minimum legislation requirement in your region.


I hereby confirm that the business subject to this membership holds an appropriate level of Professional Indemnity and/or Public Liability and/or Products Liability Insurance and will continue to maintain an appropriate level of Professional Indemnity and/or Public Liability and/or Products Liability Insurance for the duration of this membership. The appropriate Insurance Certificate must accompany the form.

1. The information provided in this renewal is true and correct.


2. I agree to be governed by the SCA (WA) Constitution, SCA Ltd Code of Conduct, By-laws and Policies/Practices relevant to the state in which I am renewing for membership from the date of my admission as a member and acknowledge the right of the WA Board and the SCA (WA) Management to suspend or cancel my membership in accordance with the state Constitution and Code of Conduct.


3. Certificate of Membership: The Board may issue a Certificate of Membership to members indicating their class of membership. The Certificate of Membership shall remain the property of SCA (WA) and shall be returned to SCA (WA) on demand or upon cessation of membership.


4. I hereby confirm that I understand if my membership is suspended or revoked, I am unable to advertise my SCA (WA) sponsorship or continue to use the SCA (WA) sponsor logo. In addition to this, I will also notify my clients accordingly as directed by the SCA (WA) Board.


5. I accept that this declaration includes all nominees members attached to my Corporate Strata Services Management membership. Their membership will cease when I notify SCA (WA) they are no longer employed by the Company.


6. I acknowledge that SCA (WA) does not provide a guarantee for growth of my business.

Cancellation Policy: Your membership may be cancelled should you breach the SCA Ltd Code of Conduct and good business practice within the strata industry. There will be no refund if your membership is cancelled by SCA (WA) or the Company cancels during the calendar year. SCA (WA) reserves the right to cancel membership should sponsorship payments not be received upon the third reminder.
