Thank you for choosing to sail with Windstar Cruises.


We understand that you have concerns regarding your cruise sailing history. We are honoring the cruise records in our system. Due to reservation system changes, we do not have any history prior to 2009.


Please complete the form and provide documentation. ONE FORM PER YACHT CLUB MEMBER. This is a special appeals process and we will review twice a year: March and October.


The Guest Relations Team will be reviewing your entry/ies in March and October. Windstar is not processing requests outside of these dates. At this time, our next review will be in October.
