Submit an Abstract Correction

Abstract correction requests for ASCO Annual Meeting will be considered through July 15, 2025. You will be notified whether your correction request was accepted no later than August 11, 2025.

ASCO Meeting Abstract Corrections Policy

  • Correction requests must be submitted by the first author.
  • If the abstract has not published, please contact abstracts@asco.org with your correction request. Requests received after the submission deadline will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and if approved, may need to be handled post-publication.
  • After publication, corrections for major error or omissions will be considered for six weeks after the meeting concludes and approved changes will result in a formal erratum published in the applicable ASCO journal.

If you are the first author of an ASCO Meeting Abstract and would like to request a correction, please fill out and submit the following form and ASCO will review and respond to your request.
