JOB’S PURPOSE
"Customer care & operations specialist" is one of the most important roles in City Pop. Customer care is responsible for the smooth and pleasant stay of every tenant. This assumes all communications (multiple channels), personal on-site contact (e.g. during check-ins) or solving Tenant’s problem / answering questions. All Customer care & operation specialist, which for us are like angels, are actively involved in process & product improvement which is realized by many multidisciplinary projects.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Customer care & operations specialist should BE:
- Responsibility, reliability & flexibility
- Client and solution oriented
- Troubleshooting
- Outstanding communication skills verbal & written.
- Experience in hospitality & customer service as a plus.
- Fluent English and Italian. Any other language of a City Pop location (DE/FR) as a plus.
- Positiveness & willingness to pursue excellence.
- Friendly & with good sense of humor.
- City Pop biggest fan & always ready for new challenges.
- Team player but also able to work independently.
- Open-minded & pro-active attitude (towards Tenant’s & other colleagues).
- Stress resistant & quick in execution (but precise!).
PRINCIPAL TASKS:
- Answering to all Tenants enquiries via multiple channels (e.g. system, mail, phone call, external portals) in timely manner and by setting priorities.
- Managing manual bookings
- Completing and updating the bookings in the reservations system.
- Billing management and invoice control.
- Providing high standard customer care and support.
- Organize regular events for tenants in the managed building, responsible for all aspects related to the event
- Organizing viewing appointments.
- Supporting opening new buildings in the Group (various tasks, depending on project)
- Constantly improving process, service and product by proposing actively ideas and implementing them after agreement.
- Collaboration with facility manager of City Pop, supporting In tasks resolution If needed
- Collaboration with facility management company (cleaning / technician).
- Planning of all cleanings and coordinating them with cleaning company.
- Constant quality control realized by regular site inspections (Pops & common areas).
