Yakima Women of Color Legal Education Scholarship

The WWL Yakima Women of Color Legal Education Fund was established to foster diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and provide grants to women of color from the Yakima community to pursue a legal education.


Applicants must identify as a woman of color, reside or have previously resided in Yakima County, and either be currently enrolled in an ABA accredited law school, or be enrolled in an ABA accredited law school within eight (8) months of the date of application. All information in this application will remain confidential.


All applications are due by April 30, 2023.

I also understand that all materials submitted to the WWL Yakima Women of Color Legal Education Fund will become property of the WWL Yakima Women of Color Legal Education Fund, and that the WWL Yakima Women of Color Legal Education Fund reserves the right to issue public announcements regarding grant winners.
