I understand that to be considered to be in good academic standing and eligible for most on-campus employment opportunities you must meet the University's minimum GPA standard of a 2.0.

However, the Student Center's GPA requirement of new hires is a 2.25. Your application will be denied if you do not meet this requirement. If you are a first-year student or this is your first semester at Georgia Tech this requirement will be excluded from your application as you have yet to establish a GPA.

I understand that disciplinary history may be taken into account during the selection process. Disqualifications, if necessary, are at the discretion of the hiring supervisor. If you'd like to include an explanation for the probation, please send a statement to see@stucen.gatech.edu to include in your hiring packet.
