Student Photos School Year 24-25

To ensure student safety, Insight PA must keep a current photo on file for every student each school year.


This photo will be kept confidential and will only be accessible by Insight PA staff.


Please fill out the information below and upload a photo of your child as soon as possible.

Please upload a photo that:

  • Is current within the last two (2) months
  • Clearly features the child's face as the main focus of the photo
  • Is a photo of the child wearing clothing that follows the School Dress Code in the Family and Student Handbook that can be found here.
  • Is not blurry.
  • Does not have a filter applied.
