Call For AIHA CONNECT 2025 PDC

We’re looking for monitors to help with AIHA CONNECT 2025 Professional Development Courses (PDCs)! As a monitor, you’ll be responsible for attendee sign-ins, course announcements, and assisting instructors as needed. In return for your support, AIHA will waive your PDC registration fee.


Monitor assignments are given on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit your request using the form below. Once confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your assignment and registration code, with confirmations sent out after January 6, 2025.


Monitors need to attend their assigned PDC in person. If you have any questions, please reach out to Erin Breece at ebreece@aiha.org.


Requirements for Monitors:


  1. Must be an active 2025 AIHA member.
  2. Attend an orientation in the Speaker Ready Room at the Kansas City Convention Center on one of the following dates:
  • Saturday, May 17: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m.
  • Sunday, May 18: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, May 22: 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m.



Note: AIHA reserves the right to cancel courses due to low enrollment or scheduling conflicts. Any decisions on cancellations will be made by March 19, 2025. In case of a cancellation, an alternate monitoring assignment may not be available..
