Birthday Dream Request

These personalized birthday gifts are made with love by our volunteers to make a child’s birthday special. We are currently accepting July and August 2025 birthdays. The June request window is now closed.


  • Eligibility: Any foster parent, case worker or advocate with a Notice to Provider from DCS or other approved document.
  • Childs Age: 0-21
  • Request Requirements:
  • One request per child per year

Request Window:

Please submit birthday requests at least 4 weeks in advance. Late submissions may impact other requests and are not guaranteed to be approved.

  • No earlier than 2 months before to the child's birthdate.
  • We are unable to process past birthdays unless placement has been in the past 4 weeks. Please upload the NTP to reflect placement date or request may get denied.
  •  We cannot guarantee the availability of any specific item, but we will do our best to make your child's day special!

  • Fulfillment of requests is donation based and we cannot guarantee any specific items.

  • Wait for a confirmation email for the completion of your Birthday Dreams Package.
  • Pickup Requirements:
  • Present "Notice to Provider" or an approved document.
  • Show a government-issued photo ID during pickup.
  • Bags must be picked up within 14 days of the child's birthday.
