Request use of Eden Gardens Farm Generator with fuel ($50/half day; $100/full day):

 

Applicant will be responsible for reimbursement of damages, including those in excess of any deposit. Applicant shall be wholly and solely liable and responsible for any and all acts of every kind and nature of any guest of the Applicant. Applicant further agrees to indemnify GloDev Inc., Eden Gardens Farm and their employees, and hold harmless from any and all damages, claims for damages and claims of any nature which might arise out of the use of the premises during the rental. Rental Policy

 

1.    IMPORTANT: We are digging a 12 acre, 40' deep fishing lake beyond the existing pond. Please do not allow anyone to go beyond the Hazardous Sign area. It is VERY DANGEROUS.

2.    Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Identification and proof of residency is required. 3.    The Pavilion has a maximum capacity of 160. The total number of expected guests must not exceed the maximum capacity. 4.    For events larger than 30 persons, Event Insurance is required and a copy is to be submitted to Eden Gardens Farm Director not less than one day prior to the start of the event. 5.    Applicant must check in with an Eden Gardens staff member before set-up commences to check- in, review agreement and discuss any moving of picnic tables, etc. 6.    If the applicant does not appear within one hour after the time specified on the reservation, the reservation may be considered void. 7.    You are welcome to decorate for your event. Staples may be used on the posts, but NOT on the picnic tables. DO NOT climb up in the rafters to hang decorations. 8.    Applicants and their guests must abide by Pavilion rules. Please be sure your guests are aware of the rules. 9.    No intoxicants, narcotics, smoking or alcoholic beverages, nor persons under the influence of the same, shall be permitted on the premises. a.    Exceptions can be made for weddings only, granting permission for beer and wine ONLY. b.    A written agreement will be signed before the event by the applicant and the Director of Eden Gardens Farm. c.    For weddings, alcoholic beverages will be brought by the applicant and removed at the end of the function. d.    No alcohol will be sold nor will alcohol be served to anyone under 21 or to anyone who is visibly intoxicated. e.    The State of Florida requires that you or your caterer obtains or holds a private party license from the ABC Control Office and will present evidence of this one day before the function to the Director of Eden Gardens Farm. This license will be publicly displayed during the function. f.    Eden Gardens Farm, GloDev Inc, nor any of its members will be held responsible for any injury that may occur as a result of alcohol being served at the function. 10.    Profane language, gambling, quarreling, loud music, or similar actions will not be tolerated. 11.    Children must be under adult supervision at all times. There are venomous snakes, scorpions and spiders on the property as this is a wooded area. There is also a one acre pond adjacent to the Pavilion. 12.    A Portalet is available to the right of the Pavilion by the sage green fence. 13.    Dogs must be restrained on a leash not to exceed six feet in length. Please bring disposable bags to collect excrements. Other pets, animals and reptiles are prohibited. 14.    Parking is available in front of the Pavilion in the designated area with concrete milling. Additional parking is available in the grassy area to the left as you enter through the gate and by the Portalet. 15.    No pedestrians or vehicles are permitted to explore the farm (To the right of Soteria Way where the Greenhouses are located and North of Soteria Way past the pond). 16.    No inflatable bouncers, carnival rides, pony rides allowed without pre-approval and written permission from Eden Gardens Farm. 17.    Electricity and running water are not available at the Pavilion. You may rent the generator for $50/half day or $100/full day. Signature Required

 

1. Open fires on the grounds are prohibited, though grills are permitted. ​AT THE END OF YOUR EVENT, HOT COALS MUST BE PLACED IN THE METAL TUB LOCATED INSIDE THE PAVILION. ​DO NOT PLACE HOT COALS ON THE GROUND AS IT COULD CAUSE A FIRE. ​A FIRE EXTINGUISHER IS MOUNTED ON THE CORNER POST OF THE PAVILION NEAREST THE WOODS. 2. Reservation of the Pavilion is for the Pavilion area and grounds directly surrounding it. The Campground by the pond is to remain open for reserved campers and to the public for general use at all times. PAVILION RENTERS DO NOT HAVE EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS TO THESE AREAS; THESE SHALL REMAIN OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Please be courteous of other patrons and our neighbors while using the Pavilion. 3. The Pavilion is available for rental from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. All rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis. All events at the Pavilion must end at 7:00 p.m. so that sufficient time is available to clean the Pavilion as required. 4. Call 904-333-2080 and ask for the gate code. Upon arrival, wrap the chain and lock around the gate while in use, and securely close and relock upon leaving if you leave in the evening. The gate can remain open during the day, even after you are finished. 5. In the event of an emergency, contact Tim Lovelace 904-333-2080. Call 911 if it is a medical emergency and then notify Tim Lovelace. 6. It is unlawful to remain at Eden Gardens Farm when ordered to leave. 7. Failure to observe any of these rules or regulations shall result in cancellation of existing permits and may result in denial of future requests for use of facilities. Signature Required

 

1. Pour any hot coals from grills into the metal tub, located inside the Pavilion. 2. Return any picnic tables to the positions they were located upon arrival. 3. Remove any decorations used from your event, including staples in posts or tape used. 4. Pick up any trash inside and outside the building and deposit it in adjacent trash receptacles or please take it home with you. 5. Leave Pavilion in clean condition. Please wipe off all picnic tables and rinse with water any spills on the concrete slab. Sweep or blow floor with a gas powered blower if needed. Please leave the Pavilion in as good of condition as you received it. 6. Report any damages immediately to 904-333-2080. Signature Required
