Resident Discount Survey Program Application

To ensure accurate installation of exterior alterations within resident property boundaries, CA would like to assist residents with properly identifying their boundary lines. CA residents looking to install exterior alterations whose property shares at least one boundary line with CA Open Space, may qualify to take advantage of the CA Resident Discount Survey Program.


While prices are subject to change based on available funding and contract rates, prior to scheduling work an estimate will be provided with the current pricing. Boundary exhibits are not a part of this program and will not be provided. Payment must be collected prior to the scheduling of survey services. Scheduling may take up to six weeks.

 

Columbia Association, Inc. (CA) uses a third-party surveyor to perform property boundary surveys through the Resident Discount Survey Program. The third-party surveyor is not a subsidiary, affiliate, agent or employee of CA. While CA expects all third-party surveyors to perform property boundary surveys in accordance with the prevailing professional standard of care, CA makes no guarantees, warranties, representations or promises relative to the accuracy or reliability of the survey performed by the third-party surveyor.


CA expressly disclaims all obligation and liability for damages, including but not limited to, actual, special, indirect, and consequential damages, attorneys’ and experts’ fees, and court costs incurred as a result of, arising from or in connection with your use of or reliance upon the property boundary survey performed by the third-party surveyor through the Resident Discount Survey Program.


To the extent permitted by law, and in consideration for being allowed to participate in the Resident Discount Survey Program, you agree to save, hold harmless, discharge and release CA from any and all liability, claims, causes of action, damages or demands of any kind and nature whatsoever that may arise from or in connection with your participation in the Resident Discount Survey Program, whether caused by the negligence of CA or otherwise.
