NCDOT has heard from our industry members that preconstruction information distributed by the Department does not get to the right people using the contact on the Directory of Firms.

To assist our industry partners in getting information timely, NCDOT has developed this form to create a database of company emails. The intent is for each company to have an email that goes to multiple key firm employees.

If you are comfortable with NCDOT distribution going to the contact person on the Directory of Firms there is no action needed. https://www.ebs.nc.gov/VendorDirectory/default.html
