Bluum's Facilities for our Future Program guarantees predevelopment loans for charter school facility projects through a $3.5M CSP Credit Enhancement Grant awarded by the USDOE. Schools participating in this Program will be well-positioned to quickly secure low-cost financing for predevelopment services.
