Thank you for contacting Nationwide Children's Hospital Nursing Student Education Placement Team. This form serves as a guide for our office to evaluate if there is a current valid affiliation agreement between outside Universities and Nationwide Children's Hospital.

If there is not an agreement in place, we will evaluate the ability to acquire an agreement. Should an agreement be pursued, note it may take up to 3 months for our team and the outside University to finalize and sign affiliation agreements. It is always recommended that the student have a backup placement.

Please Note: We are unable to place nursing students in Primary Care Centers and Urgent Cares at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. This leaves very few opportunities for FNP placements. We are typically able to place <25% of our FNP placement requests. Please do not rely solely on Nationwide Children’s Hospital for your placement.

We also have a very limited number of opportunities for PMHNP placements. Please do not rely solely on Nationwide Children’s Hospital for your placement.
