Measure testing typically involves two phases in which testers provide exam data elements derived from radiology reports and/or the EHR system and assess whether the reports satisfy requirements of the measure being tested. Exam data and PHI submitted during testing is confidential and is only used for the purposes of preliminary benchmarking and assessing a measure's feasibility.
