Welcome to the 2025 Kirkland Lake Food & Artisan Market Vendor application form!

Submission Information

All vendors are encouraged to submit this application by Friday, May 23, 2025.


Applications submitted after May 23 will only be accepted if:

    - There is a demand for the product(s) sold

    - There is available space at the Market

    - The application is received at least 2 business days prior to their first Market


Submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance into the market.

Please list all items you intend to sell this Market season.


If reselling products - please provide the name of the producer or maker.


Please note that items not listed could be removed from your table.

This will be a introductory year for the program, starting off small scale.

Participating service groups will provide "Market Bucks" to families or clients in-need to purchase farm fresh products at the Market.


Farmers/producers will be compensated for the market bucks utilized at their booth via cheque or EFT the following week.


Only available to Food Producers for this year. Additional information will be provided.

Please note that there is no Market on July 1st & September 30th due to the holidays.

While location preference will be taken into consideration; it is not guaranteed. Under pavilion consists of both perimeter and center stalls.


Outside pavilion vendors receive a 25% discount on vendor fees.

(Note: we are unable to provide tents to outside vendors this year)

Let us know if there is a specific location you'd like to be in (i.e same location as last year, center aisle, beside a specific vendor, etc.). Please note, your request will be considered but is not guaranteed.

Preferred Layout*

Please help us map out this year's market but providing information about your vendor set up.


All vendors receive 6 feet of depth with their booths - additional depth will be charged as additional feet.

Base Fees (6' x 6' Vendor Stall)

Seasonal - $170 (Save 5 weeks)

Occasional - $17


Additional Feet

Seasonal - $15/foot

Occasional - $1.50/foot/week


I.e. if you request 12' of frontage for the season your fees will be $260 ($170 base fee + $90 for additional 6')

Electricty*

Please note we had limited availability for electrical outlets and cannot guarantee access.

Fees:

Seasonal - $40, additional appliances $8/each

Occasional - $4, additional appliances $2/each


I.e. Seasonal electricity for 2 freezers & a crock pot = $56 (if all appliances are connected to one outlet)

  2. Inspected Kitchen
  3. Approved Special Event Permit

Vendor Rules & Regulations

Rules & Regulations and Vendor Code of Conduct can be found on kirklandlake.ca


Highlighted Rules:

  1. Set up time is between 12:30 - 2:30pm
  2. All vehicles must be out of the park by 2:30pm and cannot renter until 6:00pm for patron safety
  3. No sales prior to 3:00pm or after 6:00pm (with the exception of to other vendors at the KLFAM)
  4. Please respect your space allocations, if you requested 12 feet you should not be utilizing more space than allocated
  5. Vendors cannot dismantle their stall until 6:00pm, unless they are 100% sold out. If required to leave early, please communicate this to the market manager prior to the start of the market so we can place you outside to not disturb other vendors.

Having read and understood the Kirkland Lake Food & Artisan Market Rules and Regulations & Vendor Code of Conduct, I hereby agree to fully comply with these and all other Federal, Provincial, and Municipal rules that may apply. I may forfeit my membership with the Kirkland Lake Food & Artisan Market and thus my right to sell if I am found to be in non-compliance.
