Rope has been visually inspected

Visual check form the ground

Harness are all good to go

Check straps and buckles or any damage or fraying

Helmets are all good to go

Check straps and tightener are operating correctly and no Damage

Carabineers are all good to go

Checked to ensure closing correctly and no damage

Fall Arrest Strops are good to go

Free from Frays or damage.

Figure 8's are good to go

Free from excessive wear or damage

Gloves are Good to Go

Ladders are in good condition

Braking System is Good to Go

Spring is functioning correctly and no damage.

All wall panels are securely fastened

Scissors & Back up rope available
