*IMPORTANT: Feeding San Diego currently has a waitlist for our School Pantry program. After submitting your application, you will be added to our waitlist.

Responsible for:

  • Being FSD's primary point of contact for your site
  • Setting up, facilitating, and taking down the food distributions
  • Meeting the delivery driver to receive food
  • Leading other volunteers
  • Coordinating all delivery changes and cancellations
 
 
 

Please include a number the delivery driver can call directly when he arrives.

Please use only increments of 10 (example 60, 70, etc.).

 
 

Note: a twice-per-month pantry would be on the 1st & 3rd week or the 2nd & 4th week of each month.


 

School Pantry sites get deliveries the same day they have their food distribution. This may be subject to change depending on our delivery driver's availability.

The delivery window must be at least two hours.

 

All School Pantries are intended to be walk-up distributions. If your school/community has a circumstance that is not compatible walk-up style, please tell us more in the Notes section.

 

 

Are you open to having FSD marketing staff at your school to take pictures, obtain client stories and promote our partnership?

 

Are you open to having external media, news stations/journalists at your school for media coverage?

 
 

This is subject to change. School Pantries can typically start 3-4 weeks after their application is approved.

 
 

Does someone in your organization have a Food Handlers Certification?


If YES, please attach a copy of the card/certificate in the "File Upload" section.

If NO, FSD can assist with this.
