IMPORTANT: Please pool your libraries into one tube. Your library concentration must be 10nM in 30uL. Concentration must be determined by Qubit.*
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE: It is customer’s responsibility to ensure your library is compatible with the Illumina sequencing run option you choose below. We will do our best to get you at least 80% of your requested read depth, though there is no read number guarantee for customer-derived sequencing libraries. Please note that if barcode collision occurs due to your providing of wrong index sequences, you will be held liable and charged for the initial sequencing fee, the re-sequencing fee, and the re-sequencing fee of the other customers' samples. Data Sample and Retrieval

All data from sequencing run will be deleted from our servers 31 days after you receive notification that your data is ready to be downloaded from our server via email.

Please pick up original DNA / RNA submitted along with constructed libraries no later than 60 days after data has been downloaded from our server. If you do not pick up your samples and libraries they will be destroyed.
