Please note fees assistance applications are strictly confidential: information submitted on this form is viewed only for the purposes of making a decision on the application; and is viewable only by a.) the TYO CEO and b.) by the TYO Board Chairperson.

• Fees should not be a barrier to participation in TYO and we try to provide appropriate fees assistance to as many participants as possible each year; but at the same time, we only have a certain amount of funds to allocate. For this reason, please only apply for the minimum level of fees assistance you need. Thank you.
• Please provide as much information as you can: doing so really helps us assess the applications.
• If you do require a full fees bursary we will need to contact you for some further information including a letter of support – we'll be in touch to let you know what else we need.
