The LCS Center Locator Tool includes ACR Designated Lung Cancer Screening Centers™ and Lung Cancer Screening Registry facilities that have submitted data within the past 14 months.


The ACR Lung Cancer Screening Registry (LCSR) helps clinicians monitor and demonstrate the quality of CT lung cancer screenings in their practice through periodic feedback reports that include peer and registry benchmarks. This form is NOT intended for patient care nor is it a means to schedule a lung cancer screening exam. Patients, please use the contact information of the facility you selected in the Locator Tool to schedule a screening.

Please read before proceeding

To add your facility in the LCS Locator Tool, we need you (either the Corporate Administrator or the Facility Administrator) to do the following:

  1. Confirm your site is either a Lung Cancer Screening registry participant or an ACR Designated Lung Cancer Screening Center.
  2. Log in to the NRDR Portal.
  3. In the left menu column, under Facility Management, click the Facility Information link to open the form.
  4. Check that your facility's Name, Website, Address and Phone are correct as this is how it will appear in the Locator Tool.
  5. Scroll down the Facility Information form until you see: □ Please include my facility in the list on the website of registered NRDR facilities.
  6. Check the box to provide permission for the NRDR team to include your facility in the LCS Locator Tool
  7. If any updates to your facility's information are needed, please close this form and contact your Corporate Administrator or Facility Administrator to update the necessary information. Updates to your facility's information will be reflected in the LCS Locator Tool in one week.
