2. Once your eligibility has been confirmed you will receive an email with additional paperwork that needs be completed before you are confirmed to participate.
3. ALL paperwork must be completed in order for your child to attend.
4. Consistent attendance is required. WE WILL HAVE A WAITING LIST FOR THIS PROGRAM.
