Team Member referrals are a vibrant source for RCU’s talent. Because we highly value these referrals, we invite team members of RCU to share in the rewards for successfully bringing top caliber talent to our organization.

• The referred team member must complete a full 6 months of service before an award payout is possible.

• Submission of team member referrals is the responsibility of the referring team member, and all submissions will be reviewed for eligibility.

• Referral form must be submitted before the referee's first interview.

• On the application we ask all candidates to list how they heard about our positions. Referring team member must be listed as the source. (How did you hear about this position?)

• In order to receive the referral award, the referring team member must be employed with Redwood Credit Union on the date that the incentive award is paid out.

• The referring team member must submit this form prior to the referee's first interview.
• Once the form is submitted, it will be reviewed by the recruitment team.
• Payment of the referral bonus will be processed the first pay period after the new hire has completed 6 months of continuous employment with RCU.  All payments will be subject to applicable taxes.

Referral awards will be officially announced and celebrated at the following All Teams meeting.

Management (Assistant Managers and Managers) are eligible for referral awards too! However, there are a couple of guidelines for referrals made by management.

• The referral must be for a department other than the Manager’s own.

• For Branch Management, positions within the Branch network are not eligible for the award.

• VP, SLT and Employee Relations Team Members are not eligible to participate in the program.
