Free Debt Review Assessment

The assessment registration is not application for debt review clearance. The purpose of the assessment is to establish facts and information to determine if your debt review placement was conducted in compliance with regulations and if you are elligible for debt review clearance


  • It is unlawful to be listed as under debt review when you did not voluntarily apply for debt counselling
  • It is unlawful to stay listed under debt review when you are no longer over-indebted.


* AACS shall assess all supplied facts including the circumstances under which you were placed under debt review .

* You will receive email with your options to resolve the issues you are experiencing and/or to dispute the debt review flag.

* The email shall include the links to NCR prescribed dispute forms. You can ChatLive with a trained consultant to assist with the completion of the forms and any other requirements.


Important:

The assessment service is voluntary and free of charge and you are not under obligation to apply the recommended resolution options.
