Application processing time is between 1-3 business days, subject to change depending on semester and influx of applications received.

All students will be required to declare a major following their Second Semester.

If you are an out of state student enrolling in a program that may lead to occupational licensure, please see the following page for state to state comparisons of licensure requirements. https://luna.edu/professional_licensure_disclosure. We cannot accept students in programs that lead to licensure who reside in states that do not reciprocate with New Mexico standards.


Luna Community College does not process or admit international students to our campus. We are not a SEVP Certified school, cannot process i20s and have not received proper permission from the Department of Homeland Security. As such any applications for international students or VISA holding students will be denied.
