We are refreshing our RFU User groups to allow volunteers to collectively provide feedback and insight to shape and refine our approach regarding our digital platforms. We are looking for 24 volunteer champions per user group, with a geographical spread across the country - North, Midlands, South West, London & South East. We are looking for volunteers with different levels of experience using digital platforms and technology.

Coaches & Match Officials – Key focus around coaches and match officials.

Team & Match Management – You may have a role linked to on field activity such as Team Manager, Fixture Secretary, Registrar, Electronic Match Card Admin, League Secretary.

Club Management (Off Field) – NOW FULL You may have an administrative role within the club that involves off field activities such as– Safeguarding, Data Officer, Hon Secretary, Treasurer, President, Chair, International Ticket Secretary, Membership Secretary, Communications Lead, Club Website Lead.

Constituent Bodies & Council Members – You hold an administrative role within your Constituent Body, or you are an RFU Council member.

User Group Operations

If successful you will be added to a user group WhatsApp group for two way communication. All engagement sessions take place virtually via Microsoft Teams and will be run on a need basis. For example your user group may be required to input once a month or dependent on need this could be regularly for a short period of time between the months of March and October. You could be used to take part in further insight and research in a cross sectional group.
