Applicant Information

The following section asks questions about your program's applicant demographics. The Department of Labor requires employers and sponsors provide these data points for Apprenticeship workforce analyses. These questions will help build the data set for recruitment efforts.

The Department of Labor does not track beyond the designations of “female” and “minority,” which are both determined from individuals self-reporting. If you do not have reliable data for these lines, please leave the question blank. It will not be counted against you, but partner programs should be prepared to track this data with us going forward.
