The noname Mission: 2025
The noname Program 2025 will be made up of 300 members chosen from the pool of athletes who have completed The noname Mission, comprised of 3 parts:
#1 Sign up for and attend Global Running Day, hosted by Define New York run club and powered by lululemon (Link here)
#2 Register with Coach Julia in the V.02 app and record 8 movement sessions during the 4 week application period. (Link here)
a. Follow the link (here) to register for v.02 as Coach’s athlete. Then, download the app and record runs and other movement sessions within the app. You may synch your other apps or your watch with v.02 if you’re already recording your runs elsewhere.
Registering as Coach’s athlete will allow her to drop workouts into your workout calendar, and for her to see your runs and metrics, which will support a more comprehensive coaching experience. Take note that you may control settings to limit shared information in whatever way is most comfortable for you. You may also input runs manually if you prefer to run without a phone or smartwatch.
b. Record 8 movement sessions of at least 20 minutes during the 4-week application period. We love movement in all its forms, but these sessions should be running or walking; continuous, weight bearing activities help build bone density, aerobic base, and connective tissue support to set you up for a strong marathon season.
