Translational Research Services Core (TRSC) works in partnership with all the Center’s Cores to provide key infrastructure and support for environmental health research that serves the communities of New Mexico. Specifically, the IHSFC services include the following:

Study Design:

Epidemiology
Public Health
Clinical Trials
Statistics

Implementation:

Protocol Development
Consent Forms
IRB and IACUC approvals
Data Collection (REDCap)
Database Management
Sample Collection & Processing
Sample Inventory & Repository

Technical Support:

Shared Equipment and Training
Specific Technical Expertise
Access to Resources

Integrated Health Sciences Facilities Core (IHSFC)

What IHSFC service(s) do you need?

Use of existing data for new Translational and Reverse Translational research initiatives

Study Design Consultation

Assistance in accessing shared resources (Flow Cytometry, Microscopy, Tissue Repository, etc.)

Guidance with conducting research within Tribal Communities

Assistance with IRB or IACUC applications

Use of equipment (Training, Manuals, Protocols, etc.)

Assistance with Grant writing (UNM Forms, NIH Forms, Review, etc.)
