Please complete this survey to inform Commerce about your interest and readiness to apply for funding for affordable housing development projects in 2025 or 2026. Responses to these surveys will be used to inform policymakers as they develop the 2025-27 capital budget and are not required to be eligible for funding.

Instructions: Each applicant should submit one (1) form for each project they plan to submit to Commerce for funding between 2025-2026. These may be projects that have already applied, but were not awarded funds, or those that are in early stages of pre-development. Information is being sought for all types of multifamily and homeownership housing projects, including new construction, acquisition/rehabs, shelters, portfolio preservation projects, homeownership affordability subsidy, etc. More information about Commerce’s multifamily rental and homeownership programs can be found on the Commerce website, including handbooks for specific programs (HTF Handbook and HOME/NHTF Programs Guidebook).
