How can we help your community?


We gladly evaluate charitable requests made on behalf of your organization. To be considered for donations and sponsorships, please fill complete the Charitable Request Form below. Please note that Busey customers are given priority to requests.

  • A W-9 of the organization
  • A 501(c)(3) indication on W-9, or provided IRS letter (if applicable)
  • Sponsorship breakdown flyer and/or event flyer
