WTCE Stand Catering Form

This form must be completed by all exhibitors who plan to have catering on their stand at World Travel Catering Expo 2023.


Exhibitor must complete this form before Wednesday 17th May 2023. Forms submitted after this date may not be approved and your request for stand catering may be rejected.


Please ensure you have read the catering regulations before completing this form. If the stand catering form has not been completed, or if onsite delivery and service does not comply with regulations stated in the exhibitor manual we reserve the right to stop service onsite.

Please note that stand function and the service or alcohol is not permitted after 1600 on Thursday 8th June.

Please provide as much detail as possible here about the type of catering being served including how this will be prepared and served.

Please confirm the maximum number of people expected on your stand being catered to at any one time.

Please confirm weather a catering vehicle will need to come onsite. This information will be passed on to traffic to ensure they are granted access when required.
