CEDIA Expo 2018 TechBites Entry Form

Entries will be accepted through June 22, 2018. CEDIA Expo judges will select brands to participate over the course of 3 days at the Expo. Final brands will be notified the week of June 25, 2018. We agree to the terms and conditions below.*

1. Exhibitor agrees to rehearse TechBites presentation on September 5, 2018 (additional details to be confirmed in July). 2. Exhibitor agrees to pay $2,500 sponsorship fee. 3. Product or service submitted must be launched at CEDIA Expo or within 3 months of CEDIA Expo. 4. Due to timing and logistics restrictions, presenters will be allowed to include props/showcase product ONLY if they are able to hold them in their hands 5. Spokesperson must be employee of presenting brand, not a third-party presenter. 6. Failure to meet target deadlines, and inability to meet the provided presentation template standards will result in disqualification from the program process (this point will be better emphasized to the exhibiting brands and a “runner up” brand will be chosen should brands choose not to comply) 7. Deadline for applications is June 15, 2018 8. A judging panel will decide on the final 15 brands to participate. 9. Exhibitor agrees to appear in promotions before, during, and after the event. Including but not limited to product images, logos, and presenters. 10. Exhibitor agrees to be live-streamed at CEDIA Expo during the presentation. 11. Participants must be exhibitors at CEDIA Expo 2018. 12. Entries will be accepted through June 15, 2018. CEDIA Expo judges will select up to 15 brands to participate over the course of 3 days at the Expo. Final brands will be notified the week of June 25, 2018. Brands will be publicized beginning July 2. 13. Brands may submit up to 5 products for consideration. 14. Finalists may only qualify for up to 2 products per company.
