You will need an Austin Build + Connect ID (AB+C ID) to manage the application and pay the fees. You can find your Austin Build + Connect ID by logging into the AB+C Portal and navigating to My Profile. If you need to register for an account, please visit: https://abc.austintexas.gov/.

Required Files for New Site Plan Correction

This option will submit a new Site Plan Correction. Please ensure the following documents are submitted below:


1.) A completed Site Plan Correction Request Form (PDF);


2.) A memorandum or engineer’s summary letter containing a detailed description of the proposed correction(s) if changes are proposed to storm infrastructure. If no changes are proposed to storm infrastructure, this is optional;


3.) A file containing every sheet with proposed corrections marked in red (original linework and figures should be visible in black, proposed linework and figures visible in red);


4.) A file containing a replacement sheet for every sheet that has proposed corrections.

Required Files for Updated Site Plan Correction or Resubmittal

This option will submit a response to a rejected Site Plan Correction. Please ensure the following documents are submitted below:


1.) A completed Site Plan Correction Request Form (PDF);


2.) A copy of the comment report or a memo that responds to each comment;


3.) A file containing every sheet with proposed corrections marked in red (original linework and figures should be visible in black, proposed linework and figures visible in red);


4.) A file containing a replacement sheet for every sheet that has proposed corrections.
