All individuals working on an Animal or Human Subject protocol must be added to the HARP system. To have new personnel registered in the HARP system, please complete the request form below.

The HARP animal use protocol system uses 4 different categories for protocol personnel: Protocol Lead Investigator (PLI), Co-Protocol Leads (co-PLI), Protocol Coordinator, and Protocol Staff. Only the PLI, co-PLI, or Coordinator can create or edit a protocol submission, and only the PLI can submit an item for review. Staff have read-only access. Everyone on the protocol must complete training in the ethical conduct of research. For Human Subjects Training, please find details on our website's training page. For Laboratory animal training, please find details on this training page.

The HARC staff will set up accounts and profiles for all personnel. Individuals can customize their own researcher profiles after being set up by HARC. To avoid delays, please submit all of the relevant information below, including training certificate uploads at the time of initial submission.
