First, A Customer Service Specialist will contact you to discuss issues and/or inquiries you have regarding your account(s). In some cases this may lead to a follow up consultation with a DWSD representative.
Customers should have copies of their water bills and a list of parcels owned. Customers should have as much of the following information as possible: existing site plans, ALTA survey, drawings of the site’s sewer system, building plumbing system, infiltration testing, zoning information, environmental study data and documentation if storm water practices have already been constructed. If you have any of these electronically please attach them using the “Upload documents” option shown below.
If necessary a follow up consultation will provide customers with standard measures and related costs to proceed. If further steps are required, a DWSD-contracted engineering team will perform an on-site walk through of the customer’s property to identify how practices could be installed.
