Missouri Requisition Pre-Approval

The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is using ClassWallet for non-public schools to manage and make payments using their ARP EANS II funds.

In order to make a payment using your ARP EANS II funds to a state-approved vendor, you will need to first complete the form below. Select your vendor to open all other applicable form fields.

If your vendor is not listed above, they may:

They may need to create a ClassWallet account and verify bank information & W-9 or
They may need to pre-register with Missouri DESE by filling out this form: Missouri Vendor Registration

If the vendor says they are approved and have completed the necessary registrations steps with ClassWallet, please email eans@classwallet.com, and we will investigate further.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

1 - Your submission will be sent directly to Missouri DESE for approval or rejection.

2 - If approved, you will be sent a confirmation email of the approval and the vendor will be sent an email to fulfill the order. If rejected, you will be sent a rejection email and you'll have to resubmit a new pre-approval request according to the state approver's comments.

3 - Once your school receives the products or services, you'll need to submit a receipt of goods through the Pay Vendor tile in ClassWallet (app.classwallet.com).
