Sessionals Request Form
Please complete this form for a sessional payment request. If you are not on the list of payees or your payee name is incorrect, please fill in this New Vendor / Payee EFT form or contact finance@rccbc.ca.
IMPORTANT - we've recently transitioned payment processing companies. If your name is no longer showing on the list, or you have questions about which payee name to use, please email finance@rccbc.ca.
If you are claiming costs associated with a meeting (accommodation, mileage, meals) or expenses, please complete the expense claim form on the previous page. Claims must be submitted within 3 months of meeting date.
Fiscal year end cut off
Please submit all final 2024/25 expenses, invoices and sessional claims no later than April 15th, 2025. These are for activities and approved expenses that occur by March 31, 2025
