Please submit sessional claims within 90 days. Claims received after 90 days may not be processed.


Please complete this form to submit a sessional payment request. All payments are processed by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If you haven't registered as a payee, or if you need to update your information on file, please complete the Direct Deposit EFT Registration Form prior to submitting claims.


Please allow up to three weeks for your claims to be processed.
