Data Warehouse support requests
This form is designed to ensure all issues and requests are organized, tracked, and logged.
When determining urgency, please use the following reference to select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu below.
Emergency – Address within 24 hours
High priority – Address in the next 1-2 business days
Medium priority – Important but doesn’t need to be addressed immediately
Low priority – add it to the list
You may provide full details, further explanation, background, and related information by sending a separate email to dw-issues@ssw.rutgers.edu.
For requests involving websites, providing the specific URL will allow us to address your request more quickly.
