Annual financial reporting submissions are required to be provided typically within 90 days of the Project's fiscal year end as required by regulatory agreements.

Requests for an extension must be submitted prior to the original deadline, and are subject to approval by OHCS Asset Management.

Late financial submissions may affect OHCS risk rating assessments for a property and can impact the ability for Project and/or Ownership to qualify for additional funding opportunities.
