Merseycare Share2Care e-Xchange Benefits Feedback - Out of Hours Services

Share2Care are responsible for a comprehensive benefits realisation process and are required to report this to NHS England. Part of this process includes analysing any shared record benefits of using e-Xchange. We are particularly interested in understanding how access to e-Xchange provides benefits for out of hours services and would value your feedback in identifying the most important benefit that using e-Xchange has brought to you in your role.
