Waiver Information

Westside Boosters/St Paul West Side Fiestas Production have adopted safety precautions required by law and in the general public's best interest. All participants must acknowledge the waiver in order to participate in the parade.

WAIVER:

I/We the undersigned agree that Westside Boosters/St Paul West Side Fiestas Production event volunteers and event sponsors cannot be held responsible for damages or injuries resulting from participation in the 2025 Football Fiesta parade. I/We, the undersigned, assume such risks for all liability purposes of all our unit participants. If I/We agree to operate a vehicle in connection with the Westside Boosters/St Paul West Side Fiestas Production facilitated Football Fiesta Parade, I/we ensure that the driver is a valid, licensed driver and possesses valid automobile insurance as required by the State of Minnesota.

I/We accept responsibility of communicating the above information to all those in our unit participating in the Football Fiesta Parade provided within this event registration.

Photo Agreement

Westside Boosters/St Paul West Side Fiestas Production is extremely sensitive to the confidentiality and protection of participating children and their families' privacy. However, to promote awareness and participation in the Westside Boosters/St Paul West Side Fiestas Production Programs, photographs or video in regard to participation in Westside Boosters/St Paul West Side Fiestas Production activities are periodically used to promote the organization.

By signing below, you grant the Westside Boosters/St Paul West Side Fiestas Production the right to use your name, likeness, photograph and/or playing statistical information and/or statements about the West Side Boosters for publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
