International Transfer Credit Evaluation:

Translated Course Description/Syllabus Submission Form

All students who have attended a school(s) outside of the U.S. must submit a course-by-course evaluated transcript from EACH college or university attended outside of the U.S. International study must be evaluated by an independent approved agency and then sent to Morgan State University.

Course descriptions are required to evaluate transfer courses from accredited colleges and universities outside the U.S.

Students must submit all course descriptions, which must be translated into English.

Students may submit course descriptions and/or syllabi (from the appropriate year) by completing this International Transfer Credit Evaluation: Translated Course Description/Syllabus Submission Form.

Once we receive the course-by-course report and course descriptions, any applicable credit will be applied to your degree program.

Students will receive a written response within 20 business days (4 weeks).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only one course can be listed per submission form. You MUST submit another submission form if you need to request additional courses for international transfer credit review.
