The NMAT Secretariat will not be responsible for missed or undelivered emails due to incorrect email addresses provided in the form.


3. Note the ticket number (e.g., NQY-11311) sent to your email. Check all your email folders.


4.  Allow the NMAT Secretariat four (4) business days to respond. Requests will be processed in the order they are received, unless a specific schedule is noted for the selected topic or subtopic.


5. The ticket cut-off time is 5:00 PM. Tickets received after 5:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be queued for review and/or processing on the next business day.


6.  To follow up on your ticket, text relevant details, such as your ticket number, test date, and application number, to the contact points listed below.

The NMAT Secretariat attends to tickets and follow-ups Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 8:00 AM to 11:45 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
