Scope of work and budget

This section allows jurisdictions to indicate if they would like to use Commerce's provided scope of work or submit their own. Jurisdictions can submit twelve tasks, deliverables, budget amounts, and fiscal year for each task using this form. For the 2023-2025 Biennium, there are two State Fiscal Years (SFY): SFY 2024 is July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 and SFY 2025 is July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. PUG funds may reimburse work on the grant project beginning July 1, 2024 (SFY 2025). Due to a break in the state biennium, the PUG program requires two contracts. The first PUG contract will be for SFY 2025. A second PUG contract will be executed for SFY 2026 to provide the second half of funding, beginning July 1, 2025, once authorized by the Legislature for the next Biennial Budget.
