Advisory Groups Feedback

Northumberland FA is looking for your help in shaping our committee/advisory group structure. We are proposing to align our advisory group structure with key work undertaken by the County FA: Compliance Advisory Group: Advisory group on all matters regarding compliance including but not limited to, safeguarding & discipline. Inclusion Advisory Group: Advisory group to assist with all matters of inclusion in specific the 9 protected characteristics. Participation Advisory Group: Advisory group on all matters regarding participation, including but not limited to, playing, refereeing, facilities, volunteering. Youth Advisory Group: Formally Youth Council. Made up entirely of young people (up to 24 years of age) to ensure the views of young people are taken into account in everything the CFA does. We are keen for this to be shaped by the grassroots community as we hope the discussion and actions from these groups help shape the work of Northumberland FA.
