The board will meet once a month during the academic year, and board members will have the opportunity to join menu tastings and various events sponsored by ISU Dining throughout the year.

Board members will be asked to give their opinions on ISU Dining locations, including filling out a survey or form about a specific location or menu item. Dining funds/meals may be added to the board member's account each month they are active to provide the opportunity to visit multiple Dining locations.
