The Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program is going to host the:
2024 WBA Regional Championship & 32nd Annual Tournament in the Hills
Saturday, November 16, 2024
This exciting event will take place at Trabuco Hills High School in Mission Viejo, California usually brings together the top high school marching bands from across the western United States, including schools from Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. This event will host up to 30 schools and draw over 4,000 spectators, participants, instructors, family, friends and booster organizations. Also, you will receive hourly recognition over the PA system announcing your participation!
Becoming an Exhibitor at this Event
If you are interested in becoming an exhibitor or vendor at this event, the information below will outline the requirements and costs to participate. We are offering exhibitor and vendor space outdoors in blocks of ten foot by ten foot increments. You may order more than one space as required, but space is limited!
The prices are included on the General Vendor Space Application & Agreement below. The price of each rental space includes only the space. Any other equipment will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. Vendors may include music, arts, crafts, food and other merchandise.
Additional Information
- Smoking, illegal use of alcohol or drugs, firearms, and illegal gambling devices are not permitted within the campus at any time
- Vendors will need to set up/tear down with minimal noise during competition hours. Please keep your area clean and leave your area clean at tear down.
- Adhere to all quiet zones
- Exhibitors will need to provide their own EZ ups, tables, chairs, extension cords or other necessary equipment. Trabuco Hills High School will provide electricity. However, if your needs exceed normal power usage, you will need to bring your own whisper generator. Please contact us for more information.
- Written cancellation must be received by Friday, November 1, 2024. No refunds will be made after this deadline. No exceptions!
- All fees must be paid at time of application. This event is held rain or shine.
This application DOES NOT guarantee an exhibitor space. All booth spaces are subject to the Tournament Director’s approval and acceptance. All applicants agree to the terms and conditions set-forth by the Trabuco Hills High School Instrumental Music Program and the school policies.
