We are requesting your sponsorship of this conference through the purchase of an exhibit booth utilizing funds to represent your company to the many physicians in the field, who will be attending from all over New Mexico and surrounding states, possibly Colorado, Arizona, and Texas. Funds will be utilized solely for the exhibit space during the conference.


Exhibit Space:

  • Standard Booth - $4,000.00 for an 8ft. table and chair, draped and skirted (limit of 2 representatives)
  • Double Booth - $7,000.00 for 2-6ft. tables and chairs, draped and skirted (limit of 4 representatives)
  • The booths will be in the south side of the Ballroom where the conference will take place. Displays can be set up on the evening before the conference, Friday, April 14th and must be taken down no later than 6:00 pm Saturday, April 15, 2023.

Production Theater – $10,000 each

  • This will be a 45-minute company branded talk that will be during the reception dinner on Friday, April 14, 2023 from 6:45 – 7:30 pm in the Anasazi Ballroom.
  • This will be a 45-minute company branded talk that will be prior to the conference on Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 7:30 – 8:15 am in the El Dorado Ballroom.
  • There are only two slots, as this will be first come first serve.
